My delicious home mushroom medicinal tea receipe
    #4936952 -

Cover a cauldron of 80% full water of dried Turkey Tail, dried Shiitake (Maitake) and wood tea leaves(Gaultheria procumbens) or the Labrador thea (Ledum groenlandicum). Light boil for 10 minutes, then let sit 30 min.. Add half spoon of honey per cup served. Enjoy the taste and benefit the proprieties of all the engredients in your tea. You can make another batch with them if you don't wait to long.
Try it and let us know your feelings?

I think it's better saying: Cover a cauldron of 80% full water and on top cover the surface of the water with dried Turkey... Let sit 30 minutes covered....

I keep a slow cooker ("crock pot") steaming all the time. I ladle out the tea, and replace with more water when it gets low. Occ. I add more lemon juice to the pot in hopes that helps release components of the mushrooms to the broth.

My personal mix is of local ganodermas: tsugae and oregonensis.

The crockpot is really convenient!
