about birth to casing.PLEASE HELP.

check out this hypothetical....
say i got 12 jars on there way to be fully collonized. but 3 or 4 jars out of the 12 jars are growing faster than the others. the problem is, that i wanted to case the whole 12 jars into one casing (or maybe 2 casings). but since every jar is growing at there own pace i dont think they will be done at the same time, so what should i do? leave all the cakes as is and wait for ALL 12 to be 100% colonized? birth the ones that are ready and case those?? i have no idea what to do. any advice would be MUCH appreciated for this Hypathetical question. thank you.

First off i would not recomment placing all of your jars and hard work into one casing per chance it should contaminate. How about making 3 casings of 4 cakes each...

I reccomend making 4 seperate casings.
