red?? you mean pins? you can wait, but its not neccesary. i think the whole growth process will go faster if you wait, but thats just my opinion.

sometimes they don't pin until you take them out of the jar. but a good rule of thumb is as soon as the jar is 100% colonized...wait a week. In fact, some say that you should take the jars out of the dark and put them in indirect light for a week after 100% colonization and this will induce pinning. either way...better to wait a week after 100% colonization, just to be safe.

the pf tek states "This invitro primodiation works well with only the PF spore race." (http://www.fanaticus.com/casing.htm). I have had invitro primordiates with equadors myself but not as many as i thought there would be, it seems to be a strain dependant factor.

Hippie states in his neglect tek that he took B+ and Equadors all the way to full fruit invitro. I don't know what strain I'm getting, and the idea that some strains won't produce until removed from the jar kind of worries me, I was going invitro with most of my jars but now I wonder if maybe I shouldn't birth/case them all...

This space for rent.
