 Break and case or leave as patty?

I''ve got a fair sized (10" diameter, 4" thick) cow patty and I was wondering what I should do with it. It is ridden with mycelium. I've got two other flops cased in vermiculite. I have the flop sitting on a round tupperware over a 2" layer of vermiculite in its own sealed plasitc container. Should I case the third flop? Should I leave as a flop or will yield be better and more flushes in a case? Please Advise.-Will

No one did, I thought since the flops were drying out and i wanted to keep the mycelium alive i would try it. I have access to as many mycelium ridden cow flops as I want so I was experimenting. As soon as my spores arrive, I will innculate substrate made in jars and make cakes.

Yea, Im gonna go check the fields today.. About two weeks ago I got a quarter pound off one field.
