The guy is condemned to die. It's amazing how low the reward is. I would have thought a $50,000 or $100,000 reward would be more suitable.

Depends... I can't kill someone on the street for 10k but I can kill a serial killer for free... so 10k isn't a bad reward if you ask me hehe

His life is worth $0, not $10,000. The U.S Marshals Service has stated they believe it is worth $10,000 to get this scumbag off the streets and back into his 5x5 cell where he can patiently wait to die. Anybody with a grasp of the English language, which I'm pretty sure you have, can see they are not offering "$10,000 for his life".

If you turn him in, you're killing him because he will then be taken into custody to die.

If he makes it to Canada, on the other hand, he will probably spend life in a Canadian prison.

I think he is a piece of shit, I'd run his ass over for free. But I'm just thinking 10k is an awfully low amount for helping catch a condemned man. Death penalty opponents might even drive him to Canada instead.
