horrible sinus congestion

please help me... im sick (flu or bad cold...) and im so congested i simply cant breathe through my nose at all. its horrible. it makes it impossible to sleep...

please if anyone knows any tricks for degongesting the sinuses share them!!!

I have a severely deviated septum. I cant breath at all, ever. The only cure for it is surgery and I dont have health insurance.

I dont want to hear any complaining.

I hear ya buddy. I've got the flu as well... at least I think I do. My roommate is also really sick, her symptoms have centered around her head and throat, like yours. Mine are in my stomach... nausea, headache, fever.

But hey, its a break. I'm watching Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels, posting here, and emailing my professors 'please excuse my absense and lack of homework, I'm sick.'

Its not all that bad.

Lots of fluids, a bit of green tea, take your multivitamin and rest. Being mildly sick is God's way of giving us a bit of guilt free rest.
