Privoxy - Start Menu Trouble(XP)

I installed Privoxy yesterday, and ended up uninstalling it. But it is still on the Start menu. I can't delete it. Reinstalling and uninstalling do nothing. I found an entry in the registry and deleted it, and it's still there.

I can also no longer move any of the items on my Start menu around. Any ideas?

System restore before you installed privoxy maybe?

It turned out to be something easy. If you right click on the Start button, you can then select Properties. From there click Customize, and there is a list of options. One of them is "Enable dragging and dropping". No idea how it got unchecked in the first place, but that is all it took.
