How often do you poop?

Serious question.
According to data.. approximately 80% of Americans are chronically dehydrated.
99% of Americans have a major defiency in omega-3 fatty acids.
Not to mention the average diet of the average american is pretty nasty stuff.
90% of Americans have chronic constipation. Constipation can be caused by a million different things.. not enough water.. not enough fruit.. not enough whole grains.. etc. And when you are constipated, that means you are not absorbing all the nutrients from your food.. among other things..

So studying herbs and nutrition.. I'm pretty aware of the fact that with a healthy diet, and if the body is healthy.. one should be pooping about 2-3 times a day. And we're talking about quick ones.. like 30 seconds to a minute or two.

So my question is...
How often do you poop? (on average..)

edit: well i don't if it's only beer...sometimes after getting shitty drunk I tend to have multipe rotten shits.

I dont really know. But i have experienced chronic constapation especially when i use to eat pizza for a week straight cuz i got it for free. there's nothing worse than cheese and dough for your digestive system. :crazy: . And as soon as i ate healthy again i could shit normaly again

Since I began eating better and getting more nutrients into my diet and toxins out, I've been pooping much more frequently.

Usually I only eat once a day, so going once a day I figure is normal.
The only constipation problem I've had stemmed from a large amount of morphine, a week of bein out of it, then 2 days of hell.
I hated that feeling so much I'll never play with it again.
When I eat more then once a day I usually go more then once a day.

Having a shit is very relieving

Plus the variety of pooh in todays world is crazy, you have the little balls of pooh that fire out, the "phantom pooh" which is my favourite, you hear a HUGE plop but when you stand up and look down, lo and behold theres nothing there ... Where'd that shit go yo??  :what: :whoa: :crazyeyes: :glittershitz:

twice a day... usually when i wake up and before i go to bed.... i eat a lot of fruit and whole grains tho... and only time ive been constipated was when i ate a shit load of oxycodones...

twice a day, one in the mornig and one at night, usually saturdays 3 or four times, due to the amount of alcohol consumed friday night.
