re use substrate,jar?help please.

Could someone please tell me if this might work,I started 8 1/2 pint PF style jars 8days ago and have not got any growth.My syringes were clear. Only a few jars out of a total of 18 went anywere.Could I inject with more spore juice(very clowdy syringe)or should I start allover,should I recook the jars first? Thanks for the help shroomers.............
