Length Of Substrate Jars?

How long can substrate jars sit after sanitizing (boiled for 1 hour) without innoculation?

Ive heard as long as 4-5 days. Maybe longer.
I let my jars sit after sterilizing anyway, to be sure there are no contams and waste my syringe.
Delays project a few days, but will save some of that preciouse mycelium juice.

As long as your jars are sealed properly (ramsey seal, etc.) you should be able to store them indefinitely, but the sooner you innoculate the better.
