no pinning!!

i cold shocked some fully colonized pf jars wed night of last week (a week ago tomm.)i birthed them and put in the grow room on thursday, but nothing is happening, no pinning or nothing!
two of the cakes already had some invitro pinning and those aren't even doing anything.
whats wrong!!!
am i being too impatient...i didn't think it would take a week for pinning if i cold shocked, if so whats the point of cold shocking?

Pinning can happen anytime between 3 and 15 days.
I also cold shocked my last cakes and it took them 9 days to pin, so there you go.
