Yet another drug test question

Ok, I wanna know what everyone else thinks here. I'm in jail at the moment, on work release. They let me out for 8 hours a day to go to work (can't ya tell i'm workin!). They give you random piss tests. They use those instant cups. Blue if your clean, clear if your hot. I've been there for three months now and havn't smoked anything. Last wensday I fell off the wagon and took two bong hits of some killer shit. That was 5 days ago.
I've checked around erowids and some other places and I get the same two answers. It will stay in my system for 24 - 72 hours and others say atleast one week. I don't have that much body fat. I do mass sit ups, pull ups, and push ups every night plus run a mile around the yard.
I know water works for sure cause i've done that before so i've been drinking a gallon of water everyday before going back. But, i'm sick of the water. It gives me nasty runny shits and I gotta piss every three minutes. Ever have to shit in jail? It's not fun with everyone watching you. Anyways...
My point of all this babble, when can I quit drinking this fucking water and rest easy!?! Is it 72 hours or do I still have a few more days? Thanks

well... more than likely, you're cool by now. but, you may as well just keep up with drinking tons of water before you go back, just because the pain in the ass that is is well worth going through to save your ass from the consequences of failing a piss test.

I'm gonna keep with the water till atleast friday. If I do fail it, I have to sit in the pods (the main part of the jail) for the rest of my time and I lose my good time. I get out the 22end of this month. Can't be fuckin it up now. Thanks
