any one know a cheap way to clean out your system for a drug test in 3- days????? thanks in advance.......not gnc...36 dollars apop for pillz or tea......cost effective..........

niacin worked for someone i know
i think he took like 1500mg's a couple few hours before his test. if its a piss test just make sure you piss once before you piss in the cup tho...
while were at it i have a question about drug tests too.. can you clean yourself for one of those tests where they scrape the inside of your mouth?

Drink lots and lots of water!!!!! day 1-2 drink all the water you can (this will cause you to piss alot soo it would work best if you were at home these to days) and during these two days also do more physical stuff than you would cause this helps get THC out of your system since it stores in fat and drinking lots of water flushes it out of your system. Ok now the day of your test make shure to piss clear piss 3 times BEFORE you go in then when you are taking the test first piss into the toilet then use the middle of your piss for the test and piss the rest into the toilet... this is because there is more THC canaboid traces in your piss at first and last... i hope this helps man i had to take drug tests for 1 1/2 years and never failed a single time using this it works extreemly well..... later man (oh yea and its cheap)

thats bullshit. drinkn water the day before the test will do you no good. start drinking HUGE amounts of water 8 hours before the test right up until you step into the facility.

1.) Niacin, Golden Seal, and all that crap does not work, I know of plenty of failures with them and read the NORML website it will say the same.
2.) They do not check for THC in your urine, they check for cannaboids
3.) If you want to pass your test drink atleast one gallon of water 3 hours before the test, and keep consuming all the water you can until right up untill the test. About an hour before the test eat 4 vitamin B complex pills THIS IS A MUST, after all that water you drank you will be pissing clear so you need to add color and minerals and those vitamins will take care of that. You should be pissing like every ten minutes, also catch your sample in mid stream.

i guess this was already said besides the vitamins, but most places will refuse samples if they seem watered down.

yes, i forgot the b-complex. that is a must. turns your piss a weird yellow color, but its better than clear. thanks for adding that dragoon.
drinking water 3 days before the test wont do anything. thc isnt water soluble. therefore water wont flush it out. all the water does is make you piss out straight water, or at least enough to dilute your piss so the cannabinoid metabolites aren't detectable. if you drink mass quantities of water starting 3-8 hours before the test, you may (probably will) pass it. there is no use in chugging h2o any further than 8 hours from the test, and if you start at 8 hours, keep drinking right up until you get to the facility. if your testing place checks your urine for creatinine, then all the water drinking in the world wont do you a damn thing, because the test results will show that you've watered down your sample. your test wont be positive for cannabinoids, but it will show that your creatinine levels are too low, and that is a dead give away that you flooded your system. most places dont check creatinine however.
its proven that niacin wont do anything. do some fucking research. in fact, anyone who wants to dispute any of the information in this post made by me or by dragoon, go ahead and show us the facts that prove otherwise. i guarantee there arent any.
and ozzy is right about pissing in the toilet at the beginning and end of your stream. the highest concentrations of cannabinoids are at the beginning and end, and the lowest are in the middle.

look up my post on drug tests and you will find the method that worked for me. I smoked two days before the test and past. Just search for my user name and drug test. good luck.
