HOW DO I MAKE A GOOD INCUBATER HAVING PROBLEMS?

IM USING TWO RUBBERMAID SHOE BOX SIZE CONTAINERS AND HAVE DRILLED A HOLE IN THE BOTTOM ONE PUT A 25 WATT AQUARIUM HEATER IN THE HOLE SEALED IT BUT ITS STILL LEAKING.?MY OTHER CONTAINER GOES IN THE HEATER BOX WHICH MY JARS SIT IN TEMP IS 85 BUT ITS STILL LEAKING ANY HELP PLEASE ON ANOTHER WAY TO WARM MY JARS WITH A AQARIUM HEATRE?

First of all, ditch the caps. No one like cyber yelling.

Second, what I did was took a small rubbermaid (rm), cut a hole in the top to drop in my fish tank heater. And put it all in a larger rubbermaid. The jars all sit on the smaller rm's lid, where its about 84F.
I sealed it with weatherstripping to keep in the heat. My heater only went up to 88F, which kept the jars at 75. So I pulled the thing out, flipped it, then turned it some more... Water is 105F now :P
