Whats up guys. Just wanted to make a post, and decided to talk about my brew. Today is the last day i have to wait I can finally try this out tonight. I have one of those Mr. Beer micro brewery kits. Brewed me up some West Coast Pale ale. Now all i need to do is build me a still and master making my own whiskey and moonshine. Then get this hydro thing down and ill be set. Never have to pay for a buzz again.

Well i did a basic brew the alchol contect should be 3.5% - 4%, But i left it for another week to raise that some, so i actually do not know exactly how much alchol but i know its probably slightly more than 4%. As far as what its called i have no idea what to name it other than what the can said. West Coast Pale Ale. Next im going to brew some hard cider for halloween or an Irish Stout.

I've only got two brews under my belt but I'm starting my third tonight. I did a Gingered IPA, a porter, and on deck is a Hefeweizen. I'm going to make a CherryWheat inspired brew.... I'm going to rack it with pasteurized cherries. Of course, Cherry Wheat is an American Wheat, so this beer will be quite a bit different.


Still in the dugout is a Belgian Trippel; light colored, light bodied beer at 8%ABV! I'm going to brew up 15 gallons of that and throw a party. At $35 a kit, brewing beer costs about as much as buying microbrew by the keg.

Yeah the kit is pretty much just to learn the ropes and how beer is brewed and whatnot. Where would i go to get other supplies like if i wanted to brew a 5 gallon keg or 10 gallon instead of my little 2.5? And they make cans to make your wort with all premixed with yeast under the cap. Its retail priced so if i buy alot of it i tihnk it woldent be so cost effective. Do you know where i could get all the supplies, like a website or sumthin?
