I.D. help on tasty smelling mushroom (pics)

I'm pretty sure these aren't active but they smell very tasty:

* Habitat: England, two big ones growing in soil in flowerbed and the other smaller mushrooms were on a small garden lawn.
* Characteristics of the gills: large ones are darkish brown with a slight purple tinge but most of the small ones caps are still attached to the stem but the ones I can see have the same gills as the big ones.
* Characteristics of the stem: 20mm-60mm long and 3-6mm wide, caramel brown, smooth to the touch, hollow, thick, strong and springy, the two big mushrooms stem's are curved and not straight but the small ones are pretty straight.
* Characteristics of the cap: 20mm-50mm, caramel brown slightly darker than the stem, soft but springy and slightly rough, the roughness comes from a slight pattern which is broken lines running from the centre of the cap outwards, spherical, convex on the small ones but the two big ones were becoming concave but broken as seen in the pics.
* Spore print color: Printing now
* Color that the mushroom bruises: chocolate brown
* Scent of the mushroom: Strong buttery smell with a light regular button mushroom smell.
* Anything else you might find important: When you youch the mushrooms it leaves the buttery smell on your fingers. Big and small mushrooms could be different species because of the difference in habitat (very slight difference^^^), stem (very slight difference^^^), and cap (^^^).
