Lipa Yai vs. Tasmanian (PICS)

Here are some casings of Lipa yai on plain old BRF cased with 50/50:




And some Tassie PC's on Millet and rye:


And with a 50/50 casing with shell grit - Big Bob Brown:

wait, what did you use for casing, and how much substrate did you use for that tupperware container? Looks great though. Hoping mine will turn out similar. :)

They all look very nice BlueMeanie:-) I've been considering getting a Lipa Yai print from the FSR. Do you know how they do on cased rye? Again, very nice:-) Always love your posts!

The Lipas were 250ml of brf cased with 50/50 and shellgrit...The Tassies are on birdseed and rye - and the casing is again 50/50 on this substrate

As the Lipas did pretty well on BRF, they should perform better on rye, and kickass on birdseed-millet - ill give it a try

all in all - the tassies were the better strain - after two flushes, the uncased cakes i used were visibly shrunken
