The technique I am currently using during incubation is a space heater. I have my 10 gal. aquarium on the top shelf of my closet. On the floor I have a $20 space heater. I put the temperature gauge on the top shelf with the jars. I have MMFD's and plastic lids. Hopefully my jars wont dry out.

Anyone have any input on this idea?

contams? it doesn't really matter what method you use to keep your setup warm... just how careful you are when innoculating and moving around your un-colonized jars.
