Heating source

This is my first time growing and I have been trying to find a way to keep a Rubbermaid tub at about 85 degrees F. I looked at fish tank heaters at Wal-Mart, but none of them were adjustable. Their temp range was 76-80 degrees F. Can anyone suggest some method of heating (preferrably using water) a 20 gallon tub?

I actually put mine in a large closet with a space heater that has a thermostat on it. I put both my jars and casings in there.
Works well, but make sure there is nothing close to the space heater at all. And make sure it is a plastic one where you can see the inside coils so if something goes wrong you can see the insides.
Some people say they are a fire hazard, but I think a heating pad under a rubbermaid is a bigger fire hazard than a space heater. knock on wood.
I never had much luck with the fish tank heater thing, but i had the same problem not being able to get it hot enough. It also causes a lot of condensation, which some people think has something to do with their humidity inside the terrarium, when in all reality it doesnt.
I have a 5 foot tall terrarium with no condensation at all that is always in the 95-100 range with no condensation whatsoever. Cool mist is the way to go when you get to that point in the game.
