job with random drug testing equals no more weed ?

I'm going into a pretty decent career but it involves random drug screens. I'm not a heavy weed smoker but still getting a buzz on occasionally is important to me. Faking the piss tests seems so hard. I'm really bummed about this. When I was younger I swore I'd never take a job that encroached on my freedom like this but now I kind of feel like I have to.

Random tests probably don't happen all that often. You could probably get away with the occasional smoke. I personally wouldn't risk it, especially if it was a career (not just a temporary money-maker).

Then again, it's easy for me to say being a non-smoker.

So you've sold out your beliefs?  Is life even worth living now?  Just messin with ya.

To get past random tests keep some synthetic urine on hand.
But I also suggest not smoking for a couple months(not as bad as it sounds).  Get a feel for how often they test, how long you have from notification to test, etc.  Use the time and money saved to grow some dank for when you start back up :laugh:

When they demand a test it has to be given on the same day and the temp must be between 90 and 100 degrees F.

If you really wanted to smoke, I'd wait it out and see how they do their testing. Then right when you get tested, smoke for a day or two and then hopefully your next test is after your system cleans itself out.

I can vouch for it. Used it twice. And two of my friends can vouch for it. These were all in the case of pre-employment screening. Don't know if yours is different. Is it done on the spot, or do they send the sample to a lab?

You should feel out the people there and try to find a few like minded folk that have been there for a while. Ask them how often they have been tested. Alot of places I've heard of that do random testing only do it on a very limited basis, few people are actually tested, and they don't do it very often.

I agree with what everyone is saying... Just stop for a while and feel the place out. Ive had jobs before that said they did randon drug screening and I never was screened nor was anyone else. Some places might just use it as a scare tactic.

I smoke usually about two ot three times a week. Ive passed piss tests by stopping a week in advance.

I am currently looking for a job. I wanted to clean my system out so I havnt smoked in over a month and its driving me insane. lol
