I need some penis healin' tunes to rock out to, and you're probably the best people to go to.
I don't know if I can trust the rest of you to not lay down the lameness.
I'm looking for something slightly on the mellow side, but not too mellow. Suggest something I'm not likely to have heard of.

I am not OMR, nor am I Todcasil.
But you need nothing more than Opeth.

Phluck likes the rock, not so much the metal. As soon as I saw him in NE2K5 I decided he was my indie rock buddy.

I thought it was too un-Opeth-like when I first listened to it.
Then I listened to it again and I liked it more and more each time
too.

Does nobody else think DB is the greatest shit? What is with everyone, man it's starting to piss me off all across the board. That song is pretty comedic to me. Nobody else though of coarse... nothin... for anything... nothin about nothing involving anything. pissin me off damn it.

Now this is why I asked OneMoreRobot or Todcasil... I didn't want any pretentious metal or like, trance.
Opeth make me angry. I'm sorry, no offense intended, but thems the facts.
I'm very particular about music.
However, I will look into Shroomism's suggestion, because I googled it, and jazz fusion has a special place in my heart, particularly if these guys were involved with Miles Davis on Bitches Brew.
And thanks Robot, I'll see if I can find a bit of that stuff.

Ive got you all beat. Seriously. Give this band a listen, and if just one person, just one, can claim to have a more mellow and chill band, just on their opinion alone, no questions or sources asked, then I will concede all previous statements about said band.
