I need lots of tips and advice on how to stop tripping!!

Not when you take shroomies but rather duirng day to day life!
My energy levels cause me to be in a sort of level 1 - 2 trip most of the time, this has been also caused by overstressing and over working for the past few month.

Now that i've stopped all levels of stress i'm slowly recovering to normal, but i am left with the basic prinicple here: i get spooked by seemingly negatively things! Just like during a normal shroom trip, if you were to be exposed to uncomfortabel influence - it might trigger a bad trip right? For instance you sitting in your bedroom and tripping like a monkey and then you hear a loud garbage truck starting making noices outside your house, or you hear/see something on the news, and it scears you for one reason or another.
In short i am really really sensative right now just as if i am tripping!!

Two thinsg i do about it, no wait 3 things: one is watching lots of net softcore photos on and off thougout the day, 2 - when i see something remotely thretening , it might be a minisul thing such as message board member with sceary avatar and handle i quickly shift my thoughts away!

And three, i need Swami advice onhow to become a hardcore conservative materialst sceptic, this way i can weed out any potential dilemas before they had a chance to root in my over sensetive overactive imagination....

this is it -
you have sensitized yourself to porn - which is just cues, not real sex. so you are training the self to go off early, but due to cues. this spills over into other issues too.

pushing your reaction boundaries further out into abstract layers of cues or colors or nipples as has made you too hyper.

leave the porn alone or minimize it, and excercise more in the sunshine world.

try to react to fast curveballs less quickly while you take in the big picture, and leave the cues and details to the others for a while.

you will be more grounded because you want it to go that way

Just a question ... have you ever in your life danced with tropane nightshades ? I experienced on ocassions something similar to that totally out of the blue ... Hypersensitivity to almost everything , especialy negative things , Its like going down the highway at 60mph without a windshield , typicaly you have that 'filter ' deflecting negative things , like say, a nice large hornet or yellow jacket ending up ass first in your face , but at the same time might smell some nices flowers, there are times however after your brain is trying to stabilize itself from tropanes ( If it ever does ... ) that the windshield isent there, you smell the flowers of course, but also get things like , hornets, in your face ... IE , has the filter been removed ? - Tranceharper
