i used to freefloat sorta like you say jay.

I finally buckled down after droppin outta HS, and now im honor roll at college. Its exactly what i needed and now my life is better in EVERY way.

i hope you experience the same, and you definetly deserve it. Best wishes!

This is going to be quite a journey but at the end of it your going to be one of the few, the proud. Not many people will be able to say what you'll be able to say, that your a marine. I want to thank you for volunteering to protect the land i cherish and the people i love, it is very noble of you. Just one thing, don't let them change your core. No matter what don't let them rob you of your inner self where your loving kindness shines through. Let them make your body and mind strong, let them show you discipline and perseverance, but preserve your goodness. Do this and you'll be a better person for it. thank you again and i wish you the best.

I totally understand about "wanting structure."  Some of us will only develop a sense of inner discipline if we're thrown into the most challenging of circumstances.  I wish you well on your journey.

I've thought about joining the military myself, but my path will not take me there.

I support ya. Some of us need a certain level of intensity to 'stay wit it'. The armed forces may provide this level to some people. Just go in there confident, strong, and ready to be adaptable. Make sure you're one of the stronger one's, even if you're size isn't like Goliath. Be ready to raise your voice when necessary and act like a leader when an opportunity is available. Good luck, soldier.

yo there was a marine in wendys today going insane about how he is a cook for the marines and he is gonna make a million dollers in 3 years. here is what his speach was like.
