QUICK! a noble prank
    #4668282 -

Ok, so last night, driving home from work at 1 am, as i pull onto the off ramp of the interstate, there was this business looking guy frantically talking on the phone and as he saw my car coming, started waving his hands and jumping like he was in an emergency.
I thought someone had died, or there was some horrible accident, and very cautiously, i stopped and cracked my window to talk to him.
He gave me some spiel about how he ran out of gas, he was from Chatanooga, bla bla bla. In the middle of him talking, a cop pulls up, so i think all is well, and pull away...
I went home that night thinking i did a very charitable thing.

well tonight, the same guy was at the same spot, wearing the same thing, and doing the exact same thing. ALSO! i told my roommate about it just now, and he told me two nights ago he saw the same thing!

This is IMO, the most despicable thing. Preying on the charity and good nature of society, by faking an emergency.

This whole thing is really bothering me, and I feel this guy needs to be taught a lesson. I would Mace this bitch if I had some, but now we are thinking something along the lines of throwing a cup of piss on him.

Apparently, the cops arent doing anything about it, so it is time for some minor vigilantism to go down...

ANY SUGGESTIONS?
i need them quick , because in about 20 minutes we are going to go do something to this guy, and im not sure how long he is going to be out there.

Break his spinal column with your bumper as you drive over him and stop while he is underneath

i dont know! thats what i cant get. Also, he is standing next to a car that has been abandoned for about a month now. I guess to make it look like he is broken down or something.

I dont think there is any possible way that this guy has anything but malicious and greedy intentions with what he is doing.

ok, so far, we have come up with a few ideas, which all involve throwing something on the guy. I dont really want to get out of the car, or anything that takes more than 10 seconds to pull off, because this guy might have a gun or something...idk.
right now, throwing a big cup of piss on him is ranked #1.
vinegar, bleach (on his nice black pants), a big cup of loogie, or a big cup of all that shit mixed together.

I doubt that'd teach him as much of a lesson as he should learn. You should call a tow company and tell them about the car and stuff. Also you could call the cops and have him pulled off the street probably, just tell them you've seen him there doing the same thing.

One time I saw a 10 dollar bill on the ground.  Now it looked like it was stuck to the ground, as it was somewhat windy, and it should have blown away.  So I figured something was up, so I walked on by and got some coffee.  When I came out, I saw a guy pick it up, and underneath it was a large piece of human crap.  Apparently someone took a piece of human feces, put it on the dollar, then the dollar on the ground.  Fairly hillarious, but very odd.  I had this impression it was being filmed on a hidden camera show, however I doubt that happened.

put the piss in a super-soaker, and spray him. Or better yet, put lighter fluid in there and spray him with that, then throw a match on him.

well....sorry i dont have a great story to tell...the guy wasnt there by the time we got there.
We did come up with an addition to the prank of throwing a cup of piss on him. In the car we decided that I was going to scream "YOU GOT AIDS BITCH!"....we figured that would fuck up his whole week instead of his day.
