Hopefully there won't be anything going on, if you know what I mean....

Is the Surgeon spinning there? I haven't seen him live since 1999!

I got a pretty recent mix of his though; I think it's called 'There Are Many Imitators'.

I think it will be an ableton live set.

As far as I know, thats what he has been rocking these days.

there are many imitators is a pretty good set, do you have food for thought?

Nah, I'm not that into him, truthfully.

I listen mostly to electro and drum n bass.

food for thought is a lot more electrofied in my opinion. Alot of his tunes kinda skirt that grey area between electro and techno.

Nice egyptian lover avatar btw.

  I thought the pic was hilarious, and decided I needed an avatar.

I'm actually listening to an Egyptian Lover live mix right now from last year.  It's got a lot of good stuff going for it, but the voice overs detract from the overall coolness.

Not so much; the only type of breaks I'm really into are electro breaks, and some nu-school breaks. I don't like funky breaks, or any of that shit.

I like my breaks real slow, too.

The closest thing to breakcore I listen to tech-step drumnbass, and that's almost a completely unrelated genre.

I can get down to the techstep, and alot of different DnB, but I haven't heard much I really cared for as of late.

I'll always dig electro, but as far as edm is concerned, minimal rules all.

Haha, I agree- sorta. Sometimes I love a nice complex polyrhythmic track, but sometimes I love a simple song with only a bass, snare, and one-line melody.

I have some minimal electro records even; mostly Ectomorph, and some others.

I just started listening to that 'Old Meets New' mix.... the first track is pretty cool.
