Fluffy cotton stuff after first harvest

Recently a friend of mine had his first harvest using the neglect tek. The cakes are now well on their way towards a second harvest, however, most of them now seem to have lots of bright white cottony stuff on them that wasn't there before. He can't really tell if it's just new mycelium or if it could be cobweb mold. Some of the stuff is actuallly growing up onto the base of the shrooms. Any ideas?

Not a pro, but I know if it is bright white...your all good mate. If it is grey, that would be cobwebs.
