Mist or No mist on cakes

I have a pint cake that I dunked and rolled in dry vermiculite. My FC is humidified with perlite and the walls have condensation. I was wondering if I need to mist my cake or mist the walls of the FC or leave it as is. Thanks for any replies. :smile:

mist the cake but dont oversaturate it, just make sure the RH is 98% or above and you should be cool.

I have condensation running, from perlite, and I mist the fuck out of mine once a day.Heres how mine look...
