My roommate is weird.

I dunno, I just can't seem to really get in a groove with him. And he's messy, he does not clean up after himself. And we don't see eye to eye on how to arrange the living room once we get our second couch, but he keeps telling everyoine we're going to arrange it his way.

When they ask me, I say we're not sure yet we're just gonna try some things out...but I feel like he doesn't even gimme that common courtesy.

I wish I still lived alone.

ameh, I,ve had roommates in the past, its great for shareing cost,
but there is no way I can live with another human, my gf lives
30 miles away, and we only see each other on weekends, thats why I,m
home alone today, I need time just to myself.

We've known each other in our social circle for a while, he's one year younger than me (he's a senior in college) and we were both looking for apts and roommates in the same area so we roomed together. It's only been 30 days though. Still, fucking weird.

but i seriously think i had the flatmate from hell.

she was dirty, never cleaned after herself, left DIRTY USED TAMPONS ON THE FLOOR OF HER ROOM, dirty tissues with her snot everywhere, her hair always clogged the shower drain, never helped with taking out the trash...when it was her turn to take out hte trash she left it on our balcony for weeks until i took it out...

oh lord...yeah live by yourself. flatmates suck.

No, he smokes, we definitely have good times now and then and smoke together and shit.

It's weird. Here's the story:

I met him through my girlfriend, they're the same age. and we would all hang out, and it was like "man, we should all hang out more often! we're all the same age, we get along!" Cause our group of friends consists of a bunch of kids 4-5 years older than us.

Anyway, I feel like he really expects me and my gf to hang out with him all the time,. But like, I can't rearrange my entire life around him, and also, now that I hang out with him in a different context - living with him instead of seeing him at concerts and parties and shit - I don't feel the urge to hang out with him like I used to.

This is how I like to live as well. I need my space. I don't mind having people come and stay with me from time to time....but I couldn't have someone taking up a lot of my space.

This is not counting my sex slaves.  :wink:
