Are these cakes contaminated?.. after a day or two in a well-humidified terrarium they developed these off-white clumps.
It turns kinda blue when touched though so I am unsure if it is mycelium or a mold. PLEASE HELP! I f it is mold.. how do I keep my other cakes from being contaminated and how did they become contaminated in the first place?

Hrmm... looks to me like you must have humidity too high.. when it is too high the cake just seems to add more and more mycellium in little 'balls'.
It doesn't look like contamination but if it is the humidity you'd be wise to rectify the situation as its not very constructive for growth.
