thats exactly how i felt, little things that never irritated me before, and shouldn't have been irritating then, became the vain of my existance. I hated 95% of the people i knew, mostly because they all had some little quirk that pissed me off to no end. Then i realized how unhappy it was to hate everyone you know, quit smoking, and suddenly everything became less annoying.

try taking a break?

As I see it it's the same as guitar.

You can improvise something in front of a bunch of people and if it sounds bad, you lose. But if you slowly put together a piece, thinking about each note, and practicing it, you've already won the game.

Yea I really do need to appreciate me. That sounds wierd but i do. I mean I used to love everything I did and be proud of it. I think I got this thought in my head that being proud is bad so I would become the most humble person. I could have cured cancer and I would say "its nothing, really."

Another thing is I can't take a compliment AT ALL.

it really is easy, just talk about your like to do for fun, hobbies and shit..music, goals...I do it all the time, I just feel stupid being in trouble with shit, fuck anyone who is talking shit on me.. I do have a personal thing, I just feel stupid when I am low..I know I usually dont give a fuck, but it sucks when half your life is being fucked up and the rest of it is getting out of it...that has been my life, time to move on though I know...

I'm extremely quiet around people i don't know.

And if i try to respond to something they've asked me (cuz i would never start a convo with them) i get all jittery. I tend to try to act normal, overcompensate and then seem like a frickin retard.

Pain killers help for some reason....

When I'm on 300mg of darvocet I'm cool, confident, and open.

Xanax helps also :wink:

I just need to find a balance between being humble and proud. Life is pretty much a balance that if something outweighs something else shit messes up. Its just sometimes the balance is measuring multiple things and that shits hard to balance.
