Dont know whats happening

Afoaf , made a batch of twelve jars , he was very clean he p.c this batch for 45 minuts at 15 psi . Waited a day with the tape covering the holes while stored in large zip lock bags so not much air could get to them then inculated. He sprayed the working area down heavely with lysol and the air aroud the area . Also flamed the the needle. But it looks like there's contams he hasent had contams before but he's pretty sure he does now . Five days after inculation it the spots of the jar where inculation went through there is a small patch of whit fluffy growth about half the size of a dime or smaller but in the white is also a liitle dark gray almost wet black and some green . Not a good sighn , any ideas ? Do these colors sometimes happen yet still turn out o.k . Looks like all twelve are hit with it . Spores were from " lil shop " . I dont think it was the spores though. One mistake did acour when he flamed the needle he dident use a shot glass , there was a liitle bit of plastic that lit up causing a little blackness on the tip of the needle but could that have caused all this contam ? Any ideas or suggestions would be great, he started a second batch but is waiting to see if there's contams before inculating three days enough ?

There is nothing that can really be done if there are atleast seperate types of contamination already. Basically in the next few days/weeks those jars are going to be completely overrun by various types of contamination - those colors are not about to 'go away' :(
