containers for rye & casing

hey all,

the mushmush web site's tek recommends using 1 ltr. plastic containers to put the rye and casing in. can anyone recommend a place to get a good opaque container or give me suggestions as to what type of container other people use?

I use 1 quart plastic icecream containers painted black on the outside.

what is your average yeild with a 1 quart container from an isolated strain?
