Is this Cobweb Mold? (Sorry About Pic)

When I opened this jar it looked a lot like cobweb mold but it doesn't smell bad. It smells like a mushroom. There appears to be some rhizomorphic growth comming up too. The growth is very dense and cottony. Can anyone help me out here. Does this look like normal monokaryotic mycelium?
