Gaiman rocks.

Acid doesn't give you truths; it builds machines that push the envelope of perception. Whatever revelations came to me then have dissolved like skywriting. All I really know is that those few years saddled me with a faith in the redemptive potential of the imagination which, however flat, stale and unprofitable the world seems to me now, I cannot for the life of me shake.

Xenocide by Orson Scott Card

It is part of the Ender Wiggin Saga, it's sci-fi.

I like this series a lot and recommend to anyone

I agree...I don't much understand it myself. But whatever...basically what I'll do is start one book then get sidetracked by a more interesting one then continue the first one, and continue on like that.

I think I have horrible reading ADHD or something

Same here. It helps that I mostly read non-fiction, so it's not like there's a plot I'm trying to follow.

I don't know??I'm also reading Stranger in a Strange Land along with Zen Mind and Junky. I read Stranger in the morning with my coffee, Zen Mind while I'm in class, and Junky at night. It's easy to get right into them after you've set 'em down and read another story for a while. Keeps 'em fresh.

By the way, Stranger in a Strange Land is cool in concept, but the actual story is very much a slave to the genre... But that's Heinlen...

The Last Juror - John Grisham. Second day reading, and about halfway through. Not his best, but good so far.

The Da Vinci Code was pretty good, don't believe everything you read in it though.

i've bought a couple of books a few days ago...
the first was H.S.Thompson - Fear and loathing in las vegas
which i'm about half way through

and Paul Auster - mr vertigo
i've heared alot about this book and i've read a few of his other books and enjoyed them alot

thing is i'm too picky when it comes to books! i won't read just cuz someone said it's good... i really need to be interested to read a book (but usualy once i know a writer i'll be willing to read any of his other books)

did any of you read anything by stephan fry?
