Great Quote I Read...
    #2603769 - 04/26/04 07:36 AM (12 years, 7 months ago)

"After all, years  before an American Gelugka monk slipped me a copy of Tsongkhapa in India, I had already seen the scary bodhisattva grin of Mahajerry beaming down from the stage, urging me to wake up and find out that I was the eyes of the world."

From "The Paisley Gate" by Erik Davis, included in the book Zig Zag Zen...

 i guess the quote alone doesn't make too much sense...but it struck a note with me. Plus I was listening to Eyes of the World while reading that essay. Eh.. nevermind, I'll go back to studying physics :gd_icon:
