Help with growing Mary Jane
    #4566139 -

AFOAF sprinkled some MJ seeds around in his yard not thinking much of it, but I talked to him today and he says there are leafs sprouting up. He says he can definitly tell it is MJ because 2 leafs are regular but the other 2 leafs look like MJ leafs... If you know what I mean? Anyway he can;t keep them in his parents yard, so he needs a palce to put it. I told him he couldn't put it here, because I don't want to get busted with that shit, so he was wondering where a good place would be. Also he is afriad to move the litle plant becuase he said it might shock it? How should he go about doing this? Are there any nutrients he should add, or special things he should do? Thanks for the help guys.

sounds like your friend of a friend needed to do some studying first... but thats ok. my friend of a friends best uncles cat grows and he cgets his information at www.overgrow.com

dont be lazy, study up.
check out the GrowFAQ, whatever it doesnt answer you can just post about, bu the GrowFAQ should cover all the basics. Dont be afraid to use the search function either.

Thanks for the link, but it didn't really help much in terms of the whole shock thing. Seems to be caterd towards growing indoors. Anyway he moved the plant to a forest type area. Lots of shade, the soil is a bit rough, but he softend it up and put the little seedling in, watered it, and wished for the best.

Mary jane likes lots of sun thats for sure. Check overgrow again, I know that there are many threads pertaining to outdoor growing. Happy gardening

i find that growing outdoors is much harder than indoors.. u cant control the amount of rain the plant gets that well without making some rain shield.. but i find that is the main problem.. atleast for me in ohio.. i got the plants to sprout in the woods without much problem.. but two days of consecutive storms killed my plants.. so idk what to recommend besides maybe a mini greenhouse, somewhere remote if possible.. well hope this helps a bit.. see ya around.. peace

I have the opposite problem where I live, little to no rain at all throughout the growing season. What I find works best is to start you seedlings at home and let them get accustomed to the outdoors slowly. Too much sun right away and you will burn those babies.

it doesent look like your friend has much choice here...
he's gonna have to dig em up or get caught.
so just tell him to make sure not to disturb the roots too much and
odds are theyll make it.
the soil should be good and moist so it will cling together and with luck your friend can scoop a whole clump of it with the plant somewhere in the middle...

6 hours of minimum sunlight is needed if he wants to get anything smokeable.
