preservation question

My munkiez unkl;e dries his shrooms by fanning 24 hours a day for about 2 days then sets em in his desicant chanber for 2 days and they get bone dry and well, if he throw em in a bag (NOT ZIPLOCK) and roll em up and throw em in a drawyer, in say a couple days to a week of keepin, will they loose any potency?
