Sterilizing Substrate

I have some cakes I want to crumble and mix with zoodoo and vermiculie. How should I sterilize this mix of zoodoo and verm (and water)? Can I seal it (?) in tupperware and nuke it for a while? How long? Also, where are all the cake crumbling teks? Kit

I used a 50/50 mix of peat moss and verm, but I pressure cooked for like 45 minutes at 15 psi. It took a damn long time. I think next time I will look into baking the substrates to sterilize them.
