i agree

it all started when *ahem* the powers at be decided to crack down on OTD they succeded and the Pub lost its charm cuz all the people went there when OTD was really crappy

The Pub still has plenty of normal threads. If you want more normal threads anyway, why don't you help by creating them? The Pub is what it's users make it, and if the users suck, it's not really an issue that the admins will solve.
