Editing ratings and character limit

I think there should be a note about how many characters can be used for a rating.
I was just trying to edit someone's rating and couldn't get it to work. It just didn't appear on the ratings page, but there wasn't any sign of why it wasn't working. So I tried putting less words and sure enough, it worked. Just to let you know guys :shrug:

yeah, definately.

I tried that many times to only get right back to where i was with my clue why. Maybe limit that text box to the limit, or have some kinda javascript counter on letters.

Or just put some text stating that "You can only enter up to x characters"
That'd be more easily coded :grin:
