air exchange

i have decided to purchase a wire 5 shelf stand from wally world which i will put inside a LARGE plastic bag i have (used to go on the portable wardrobe thingies) and zip it up. i will place a ultrasonic humidifier inside this "grow room". my question is:
1-should i also purchase a hepa filter machine and put it inside my grow room too?

2-what else should i do for air exchange inside my grow room tent?

3-do you guys think this is a good idea, will it work?

large plastic bag= a closet garment bag.

you guys know what i'm talking about. those closet garment bags you buy that are shaped in a rectangle, made of clear plastic and zip up the front. you buy them to hang coats or suits or something in. and just placing a shelf system inside with a humidifier, a hepa air filter machine and place my casings on the shelfs.
do you think this will work???
