how much cc to use on quart jars.

Hi, i'm going to inoculate quart jars with rye. The formula for water and rye im using is in the mushroom cultivator. But in that book it only talks about agar transfers and not syring use. So does any one know how much to use on each jar, or should i do only one jar let it colinize and transfer the colinized rye to other jars. Any advice would be great! thanks

Anything over 1cc should work fine.
