How many CCs of Spore Solution for Rye Quart Jars?

I am just wondering what the standard innoculation amount is for a Quart jar with say 100 - 150 g of rye in it? This is my first time using rye, and I haven't seen mention of that anywhere. I looked in the FAQ, am i blind, or should that information be added? Thank you for your help.
