I just had some pain ...

In the right side of my chest and then it ended up spreading into my right arm down to my elbow and eventually my throat after that. When I breathe heavy I can feel it in my chest and I ate a sandwich about an hour ago.

Is this bad heart burn or something more sinister?

last time i had a pain,i put off for a few days ,i had to have emergency surgery....

usually a heart attack is on the left side and youll feel it in your jaw and left arm and have a crushing feeling in your chest and a sense of impending doom. it could be a million and one things, do you have any difficulty breathing? whatever it is you should get it checked by a doc and if it persist for to long then go to the hospital. go take a look in the mirror and see if you have any facial drooping. and just as a side note when your body does something weird it is usually trying to tell you something so you will change your ways so quit smokeing if you smoke eat healthy if you dont

if your arm's cold, it might be a pinched nerve, a pinched artery, or a
blood clot. Are your fingers blue? Do they turn pink quickly after you
squeeze them to the point of being white?
