You've been seeing this girl for a short period of time, and you're not even dating. The fact that she said "no guarantees" just goes to show that she's not that serious about the relationship, and with good reason. No decent girl would go out with the kind of guy who thinks that girls are supposed to be loyal and guys can do whatever they like.

You sound very, very young.

And you sound like you're an awful pessimist. First off, you're off to college in a few weeks. That's awesome. Yes, leaving old friends is sad, but you will meet so many new people at college. You will change, you will grow as a person, and you will meet people who you love hanging out with.

Also, I have a ton of respect for "naomi" for straight up telling you she guarantees nothing. A lot of girls would have smiled and assured you everything would be ok, then fucked the first guy they could on vacation. At least she's being up front. Learn from this, man. You leave for COLLEGE in a few weeks. You are single, and clearly, free to do whatever you want, with whoever you want. You're you own person, and you make your own decisions. Don't let some girl dictate your mental state....have fun at your party this weekend, and don't base any decisions you make on what she may or may not be doing. It just you man....it's your life.

So live it.
