I've read and believe that another reason that drugs are illegal is because the value in laundering money. The government claims that $1.3 trillion is laundered annually world wide. In the USA the easiest way for this laundered money to surface is through the stock market. Corporations in the stock market are not required by law to claim where amounts of over $10,001 came from. Citizens and any entity other than these Corporations are required to if and when this money surfaces.

If a corporation has a P/E (Price to Earnings) ratio of 30/1 that means that for every $30 dollars invested in that company they will make $1. Laundered money shows up as liquid (profit). So with a ratio of 30/1 investors will invest more money to make that dollar.

$1.3 trillion inflates the shit out of the stock market, it's impossible for it not to.

To set things straight our economy would be stronger in the long run but we'd be asking everyone with a stake in the market to file for bankruptcy.

Check out From the Wilderness. The guy uses documents released by the government. It's very interesting and enraging.

Has anyone else seen this information before? It makes perfect sense.

Yep, Anslinger and his posse were largely responsible for the painfully-long-lasting marijuana prohibition.

william randolph hearst was one of the first people to create propaganda against the "evils of marijuana" I say we all band together and burn down san simion. :grin:
