What's the best way to store simmered WBS?
    #4447520 -

Would it be O.K. to cool-off simmered WBS and store it in the refrigerator to load in jars and PC tomorrow?

Would you rinse it again the next day before loading jars?

O.K. to do all this or will this mess up the process somehow?

PC your jars and let them sit just about anywhere out of the sun. That's it. No special preparation is required. The jars will maintain their moisture so long as you don't have any holes wide open.

If you cover with foil while pressure cooking, which you should be, keep the foil on until you are ready to use them.

Yes dude, I know how to do it. I'm just asking if it would be O.K. to put soaked and simmered birdseed in the fridge and deal with it tomorrow. I'm getting tired and I don't feel like fucking with it tonight other than simmering it.

Load it into big freezer type Zip Locks & store in the fridge. You want it in something AIR TIGHT, so it doesn't lose moisture.

That's cool. I didn't mean to sound snippy either. Like I said I'm tired. Thanks bro.

If you haven't dunked them, just dunk them tomorrow and you shouldn't have to rinse them. But if you don't wanna dunk them, then ya rinse them just be very careful about it.
Take care

It's not cakes man, it's soaked and simmered pre-PC birdseed I'm talking about.
