Easy Effective way to grow fungi

I have been looking for a way to grow mushrooms that anyone can do with little knowledge,skills and money needed to start. does anyone have advice. I came across a new site it was the best I have seen geared toward the average joe who just wants to grow mushrooms. http://www.mushroom.itgo.com

Do a 12 jar setup with PF/MMGG. BRF+Verm or DRF+Verm jars will work. Use a 1/2, 1/4, 1/4 or 2/3, 1/4, 1/2 verm:flour:water ratio. Sterilize in boiling water or, even better, a pressure cooker. Order a print (from the FSR or other vendor) for about $1 - $10 or order a syringe (usually guarenteed sterile for about $15). Everything else you need will be about $20 and will last you quite a while.
