finally I found shrooms(cubes). They are in my basement drying at the moment. this afternoon I am going to a state park near my house. I hope to see a wonderfull sunset, since it is a nice day. I am taking 7 grams, and my friend is taking 3.5. What would you recomend eating the shrooms with? Also.. ive heard of people puking them up, is their away to avoid this.

to avoid upsetting your stomach try not eating anything ab out 4 hours before ingesting...

and i have found making a mushroom tea to help a lot with the taste... boil some water up and pour it into a cup... put a teabag in and wait a minute or two then throw your shrooms in there and wait for another 10 minutes... drink the liquid and then eat the tea-soaked shrooms

have you eaten shrooms before? 7 grams dried is quite a big dose for a first time...

i've never really had problems with vomiting - but a bit of ginger ought to settle any stomach discomfort you get from them.

Add a teaspoon or two of crushed up ginger to crushed up shrooms. 

Reduces nausea 70-80%.
