A water gun with salt water in it.
Use that in conjunction with a remote shocking collar.

If you shock the lil lovable fucker... he'll associate the bad behavior with unpleasant spine tingling zaps... guaranteed.

Use the water gun at the same time as the shock delivery and he'll really learn to hate the water gun!
